"I had used a credited card that didn't match with my mailing address, this caused a HUGE amount of grief. I was sent an email by borrowlenses.com asking to call my bank and have them change my address on file or they would not ship my lenses. I did it, then borrowlenses.com couldn't figure out how to confirm with my bank my address change, this resulted in at least 4 emails back and forth. This whole process pretty much took all day, at the end of the day, the stress of it all just wasn't worth it. I did receive my lenses on time and did not have a problem with them or returning them. However, borrowlenses.com needs to stream line there process, I on the other hand, will try a different site next time. Not a great first impression!"
