No problems in that department but instead my only quirk is their customer service: I returned a lens and throughout the entire process, the guy behind the counter did not even say "Hi" once as he was busy talking to another customer about his photoshoot. The only time he said something to me was "sign here" referring to the form you usually sign as proof of return and a "thanks". After a 22 minute drive just to get there, it definitely doesn't help to face customer service like that. Next time, it doesn't hurt to ask your customer "Hey, how'd the rental go?" or "How did the shoot go?"--to actually show interest in their customer. "
