"I think there business is a scam. After I fill out this review i’m Calling my States Attorney General for their bait and switch practices. On 10/25/17 I ordered 4 boxes of checks for $39.90 then there’s a $2.50 per box fee and another fee for handling and expedited shipping of $8.99, totall $58.89. I’ll love the checks so the price is fine. On 11/10/17, I get a letter (not my checks) stating there is a problem with my address and if I don’t call my order will be cancelled. By now I’m Down to less than 8 checks, so I call and I am assured all is well and my checks will be sent out in a day or two. 11/16 I call looking for my checks, order has been cancelled because I didn’t respond to inquire about my address. I speAk with a supervisor get my checks reordered, thinking everything is fineI look at my checking account and a charge of $77.10!!! WHAT, I call the company get some line about first time customer and that the charge is correct, I say NOT SO FAST, i’m calling the State Attorney General so give me my original price, they comply but again no checks they should arrive by 12\1 to 12\8. Never again! And i’m Still reporting their behavior to the State Attorney General, this is a scary company."

"So excited about the design I found and that I could get a box of singles for $3.50 and labels for $7.99 with free shipping. Yeah, NOT. Pay no attention to the big flashy signs that say things like WOW YOU SAVED $24.95 and you'll see on that last page in the tiny letters, those checks go from $3.50 to $8.99 and they also snuck in a $3.95 "handling fee" on each item. WORST BAIT AND SWITCH SITE EVER. Really, there's no excuse to do business this way. I called back immediately and cancelled my order.

"I ordered my checks on line and it said it was I think 7.99 for duplicate checks. Thought it was strange because I never received a confirmation and there was not a total stated on line. When my credit card came it said I owed $53. I also didn't get duplicate checks. I called them and they said oh, I think that's for first time ordering, I said that was not stated anywhere. "I had ordered 4 boxes of duplicate checks. It was suppose to be around $18 bucks. I looked at my bank statement that they were charging me for the full amount of $65. I called them and they said that I had ordered before and that it "pops" up and notifies me that I have ordered. It absolutely did not notify me at all. I called them and managed to get a 50% discount but really still wasn't happy that I had to pay that much. The lady said that it states it on the program. I asked where and should could not tell me. I looked at the website and pricing and it doesn't say that if you have previously ordered you do not get the discount. They are full of it and I will not order from here again. Like others have said it's a "Bait and Switch" scenario."

"Worst company!!! Placed a check order online on a Friday. I received an email at 3am on Monday and they won't honor the price of the web order since I have ordered from them before. I have no record that I ever did. They were charging me a different price. They didn't tell me the new price and when I went on line to check my order status it couldn't be found. I emailed them back and told them to cancel it around 7am and again around 8am that same morning.

I get another email from them at 1am Tuesday this time and they tell me its to late to cancel. I NEVER authorized an order for a different price. I have contacted them 3 more times since and I am getting nothing from them. No calls no emails...nothing.

Saw the charge on my card and they charged me almost $50 more!!!!!

So now I have to spend my time disputing the charge and contacting the better business bureau about this.

Customer service is awful and they have now fraudulently charge my card since I did not approve the charge and I do have an order confirmation with the lessor price.

I will never do business in any form with this company."

"Okay so I will take 20% of the blame on this but they own the other 80%. I place my very first order through them online. I didn't even see an option to upload a check image or to order by phone. I only learned that they were available after the fact. THe problem is that when they ask you to input all your number information they give to a sample to the side with the highlighted number you need to input. So I entered the numbers based on what they have highlighted. Then at teh end when they give you a sample check to review, they do not use your numbers they use zeros for the routing number and check number and ***-***-**** for your account number. Basically they do not let you review the numbers you input into the system. If they had I would have caught the error and corrected it. But to make it worse even if they did let you actually preview your checks, the system doesn't let you back up to the page. I know this because I realized that I wrote the wrong starting check number "419" instead of "421." I decided to just void the duplicates and make do. Well now I'm out $13 and time, and I'm out of checks with bills that need paid. REALLY this company is not worth the risk. Fork over a few extra bucks and and order from a more reputable source!"

"I will never buy from Bradford again. What a scam! My personal checks only cost me $14.97, but the final charge was more than double the initial cost. Not only was there a $11.80 Service and Handling Fee, But an additional $8.95 6 DAY SHIPPING CHARGE!!! $35.72 total cost!! $8.95 to get my order in 6 business days. Most companies now offer FREE 2 or 3 day shipping. What a JOKE!! I will be going to every REVIEW SITE I can find and tell them my experience with you. You are a BAIT and SWITCH Company.

"I ordered checks from them, scanned a picture of my current checks so my info was uploaded to their system. New checks came and they misspelled my last name! I called to complain and was told that since the order was placed online there was nothing they could do about it. They made the mistake but refused to correct it. What good are checks if the last name is wrong?! If I could give negative stars I would, their customer service **** and I would never recommend them to anyone!"

This company makes millions and they refused to let me return the checks and get new sets with the correct spelling. I am very disappointed and will make sure everyone knows! "This place has it all. They have your typical checks, and they have a wide variety of different designs you can choose from ranging from wildlife designs, patriotic designs, Disney character designs, and so much more! I myself went with their "Call of the Wild" wolf checks, as the wolf is such a beautiful animal and I thought what better way to show my love for them then through my checks.

Unlike others on here, my order process was flawless. Because my shipping address and the address that I wanted on my checks and matching checkbook cover sent to were different, I actually had to order by phone but that wasn't bad at all. The time it took me to get my order was about what I expected, as I knew I had to allow a decent amount of time for my checks to get printed and stuff. So with that in mind, it took me just over 2 weeks to get them. In my eyes, that's not too bad considering that obviously it takes time to make the checks up with all the right information like your bank account numbers and your address. I'm just very thankful that they got things right with the my address I needed on the checks in addition to sending them to my correct current address.

This company will definitely be getting my business in the future as I get close to running out of checks, and perhaps I will also order myself some sweet wolf return address labels to complement my checks and matching checkbook cover. The only knock I have on this company is that the prices are a bit steep compared to other places, but all in all, it's worth it if you don't want to just get plain checks."
