Charged incorrect sales tax and charged sales tax on shipping and handling as well. Sales taxes is only to be charged to products. When brought to their attention they just send a BS form letter."

"I ordered online wanting my address on my checks to be diferent than my billing address cause we are in the middle of getting ready to move. I did not know you had to order over the phone to do that. I called and the 1st guy I spoke to said as soon as they ship out I can call back and he would fix it for me. I called back and now they won't fix it."

And after a few calls and emails to customer service; Bradford Exchange would not complete the order with a billing statement from a credit card which showed my address. "

"I picked Bradford base on price but that doubled with the hidden service fee. Called within 10 minutes to cancel. Was told the order was not in the system yet and to call back later. Called first thing the next morning and was old it was too late to cancel. Will never use again and I suggest the same for you."

"Good luck getting your checks. Mine never showed up. When calling customer services, they kept repeating over and over about how I should have used the shipping with a tracking number. They did refund the purchase price, but who knows where my checks? Monitoring my bank account to make sure no checks are written with those check numbers."

"If I could leave a negative star I would! I write to them after the check I wrote to my landlord was returned/rejected. I explained what happened and asked for a refund since I couldn’t use the rest of the checks I received and they told me there was nothing they would do and I should try ordering more at the introductory rate.
