"I placed an order for address labels. Received an email on 2/17 that they were shipped. In March 1 I emailed asking for the status and was told to wait until March 10 and contact them again. I emailed again in March 11(still no labels), was told to wait til March 15! At this point I give up! Keep the 11$ and I won’t ever be ordering from this company again."
"The "discount" price is pure BS, since they add on a "service and handling" charge of $11.80 on top of my $14.98 order subtotal at checkout. That's in addition to another $10.95 for "Secure" shipping in order to get my checks in a reasonable time! Then there's the "Free Shipping" button that appears, but if you make the mistake of clicking on that, you just signed up for their "discount program" ( after a 30 day free trial ) and you will be charged on your credit card $14.95 per month until you call and cancel ! This merchant has gone out of their way to run a "bait and switch" operation that ends up charging far more in the final analysis from the prices they advertise up front. Be warned!"
"I ordered checks and they were very nice. I could not use them because there was an error in publishing the checks in the account number. I can accept if I’ve made an error on the online application and I asked to see the online order to verify, but they would not provide that documentation to me. They just said they had printed the checks correctly and it was my fault. Unacceptable!!"
"This company has terrible customer service. I ordered checks for the first time with this company a few weeks ago. I filled out the form correctly as printed. Name, address, account number, routing number, etc. I checked my info, especially the numbers THREE TIMES to make sure they were correct before submitting. They arrived and they had put the routing number twice, in the section for the routing number and for the account number. So no account number is on the checks, making them useless and unusable. So now I have checks that can't be used and I was told by Bradford that they won't reprint or refund since they print the information as provided. Which isn't true since I provided all the numbers as I was supposed to. They were the ones not to put the account number on the checks. I have been ordering checks for over 20 years so I know how to order them correctly. They made the mistake but won't fix it. So don't waste your money using this company."

Charged incorrect sales tax and charged sales tax on shipping and handling as well. Sales taxes is only to be charged to products. When brought to their attention they just send a BS form letter."

I did not know you had to order over the phone to do that. I called and the 1st guy I spoke to said as soon as they ship out I can call back and he would fix it for me. I called back and now they won't fix it."

"I picked Bradford base on price but that doubled with the hidden service fee. Called within 10 minutes to cancel. Was told the order was not in the system yet and to call back later. Called first thing the next morning and was old it was too late to cancel. Will never use again and I suggest the same for you."

"Good luck getting your checks. Mine never showed up. When calling customer services, they kept repeating over and over about how I should have used the shipping with a tracking number. They did refund the purchase price, but who knows where my checks? Monitoring my bank account to make sure no checks are written with those check numbers."
