"I ordered checks because I liked them from a few years before. It was a great deal and then 3 days later I received an email that they found that I was a customer before and charged me another $35. They need to tell customers upfront the actual prices. "

"I have been using these checks for a number of years; there have been no problems with the actual purchase transactions when using the checks. However, when reordering checks, you receive a couple of "we miss you" offers that amount to zilch at the bottom line. They add a fee PER BOX, they add a "phone transaction fee" to insure all info is correct (Hey, I'm reordering the same checks/same info/same bank/same design), a $10.95 fee for shipping and another $21.00 (two fees added together) for some obscure reason (they probably can't explain why, either). Absurd. Go with them for one order, then switch to another company. When you reorder, you pay high shipping plus four other fees. "
"I received my order a year ago. Checked the routing and account number to make sure they were correct. I didn’t think I needed to look through each book of 25 to make sure all 100 had the right check number. When I got the last book of 25 out today I realized that it was a duplicate book. Called customer service and woman said she couldn’t understand what my issue was. I requested to speak to a different person. She understood what I was saying but told me I ordered them that way. I assured her I did not order duplicate numbers and this book of 25 is out of the same order as the ones I already used with this number on it. Then she laughed and said it was out of warranty so there is nothing they can do. So, if you do order checks from here be sure to check the number on every book because their employees can’t count and you will pay for checks you can’t even use. "
"It was a 4-9 day shipping. It's been about a month. Never received them. I tried tracking th as when I bought them it said I could track them. But they never gave me a tracking number and never provided who was going to deliver it. I have sent an email. No responds. I believe this to be a scam. And now someone out there has my banking information. Not happy. Lesson learned. Always make sure you know who your giving your bank info too. "

"Ordered online & when I received the checks the routing number was wrong. Called them & they insisted it was my fault, that I typed it wrong. Nope I wouldn’t mess up 9 numbers. She proceeded to set up another order but I would have to pay again but she’d use coupon code for me. It came to $99.81, mind you I only paid $25.60 for the first order of 400 checks, as a 1st time customer. I asked to speak to a supervisor & she was extremely rude & ended up saying as a courtesy she would send me new ones & asked for my routing number. We’ll checks came yesterday & they are the same as before, WRONG!! So I’m out $26 & only have a bunch of fire starting paper for the wood stove. Complete Joke of a company. Don’t waste your time or money with these con artists. "

They told me that I put in my account number wrong, which I didn’t and they said if I wanted new checks I had to repay for all of them again! They put a 3 instead of a 2 but yet was my fault! Also stated that since I did my order online I was responsible for the mistake, which I double checked and it scanned the number. Ugh. I’m so disappointed especially being the first time I’ve ever ordered from here. But never again will I order. "
"I would give ZERO stars if I could. Processing and shipping time was fine, so I guess worth 1 star there but that's where the good ends. I ordered online...triple checked ALL my information before submitting order. I received checks today and they got not ONE of our names wrong but BOTH and then proceeded to tell me it was MY order and how I input the information that was wrong...not that maybe they made a mistake somewhere. So, now customer service: guy got offensive almost immediately. He could only* offer me to start a new order at same price...over phone..with information corrected...but now because I was ordering over the phone; there would be extra fee. WHAT?? No refund on my junk checks with the wrong information printed. So now, not only would I be paying double, but being charged extra for their mistake, which would not be admitted. I will NEVER order from Bradford Exchange Checks again..even if THEY paid ME! NOT a happy customer! So much for 100% satisfaction guarantee!"
"I am writing this to warn everyone not to do business with this company. I bought checks from Bradford Exchange Checks website in June 17, 2022. Thought it was a good deal. Well fast foward to September and I noticed a charge for August of $14.95. Apparently they had been charging me since July for a membership I never signed up for. It was unlawful and deceitful. Never received notifications of these charges every month. I contacted them and they acted like I had signed up for it. They said it was a free trial. Well I didn't know of a free trial or any charges that might automatically come. They said my card had already been charged for the membership in September and was pending. They said after that there would be no more charges. When I contacted them right away again for them to refund all of the charges there was no response. Then I got an email a few days later saying my membership was renewed. I contacted them today and told them I had just canceled it a few days before. They contacted me and said they refunded the charge for September. Though I appreciate that they did not refund the charges for July and August of unapproved charges. This is a dishonest company. Do not but anything from them. Always check your bank statements. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. "
