"Never again will I ever purchase from this company!"

"I ordered checks with an offer in my magazine. I paid $13.65 then 2 weeks later I got a bill for $4.11 that was supposed to be for print style. I waited 3 weeks and got another bill for $13.65 when I called customer service she stated I was not a new customer. I thought I was, but she said I had ordered from Bradford Exchange Checks "9 years ago". So, I'd have to pay the repeat customer price. I could not remember who I had ordered checks from 9 years ago. Evidently the computer keeps track of each and every purchase I had ever made. So, I asked for a refund and she said it could take up to 3 weeks to process? If their computer is so advanced it can keep track of a purchase 9 years ago, why can't it refund a check sooner than 3 weeks? This is a SCAM"

"I ordered checks and was told that they would be delivered by a certain day. Of course that day comes and goes. I wait four more days, nothing. I call up customer service and after 50 minutes on hold, a voice on the phone refutes what the first person said. And to boot, tells me that the email they sent me doesn't say what it says. **** poor customer service."

"I don’t think I ever ordered checks from them before, but after placing order I got a email say that my order was 1 1/2 times higher then when I placed the order. "I placed a check order with Bradford Exchange checks. Monique took the order and fouled it up so it was never processed and they never informed me. After 2 weeks I called them to find out the status and after about 10-15 minutes runaround clown number 1, Shavon, blind transferred me because she had no clue what she was doing, to clown number 2, Linda who was rude, as dry as toast and also didn't have a clue. "First time my order was ok and price reasonable, approx. $25. A year later they reorder automatically and charge me an exhorbitant $80. I'm outraged because I never approved of a automatic reorder. I have a letter into customer service for a cancel. I feel very violated and I'm not happy with Bradford Exchange. Violating trust with me is very bad. "

"The check # should have been over 7,000 and they started the check at 715. The sequence number was correct in two different locations on my on-line order but they claimed because I placed the order on-line they couldn't replace the checks unless I paid for them again.

"Do not order checks from them. They do not stand behind their mistakes and the customer is not first and foremost. They screwed my routing number up and would not replace my order. Very unfair company. I know i put it in correct because I checked it three times. Horrible company and will not refund your money or replace bad merchandise.

"I recently received an order for green safety checks from Bradford Exchange that are dreadful. First, the printer over-inked the press so that the color is dark and bilious and the printed text is crude rather than sharp- - - not at all what is represented on the Bradford Exchange website. Secondly, Bradford Exchange changed the design of the checks to make the border coarser and - - - incredibly - - - it placed an ADVERTISEMENT FOR ITSELF at the bottom of each check!

I had purchased blue safety checks from Bradford in 2014 which were fine and it was on the basis of this experience that I made my latest purchase. When I pointed out the deficiencies of the latest checks to Bradford it denied the color variation and said that the design changes were shown on the check images that appear on the website. (True, I should have looked more closely.)

They graciously offered to sell me a new batch of checks. I replied that the next time that I want ugly, sloppy, poorly printed checks that advertise the company that printed them on their face I will return to their shop.

[Edit (Dec. 26, 2017) Found out that the Bradford Exchange Checks for which I paid $10.44 (because of their deceptive "service charge") are available (properly colored and printed and DEVOID of advertisement) from any of their competitors for $6.50 delivered.]

Save yourself time and aggravation. Instead of sending your money to Bradford Exchange, just throw it out the window.
