"This company's customer service is terrible. I bought a B link camera for business use and paid premium shipping and handling for one day shipping. When my item was shipped, the delivery date was 3 days later than the expedited service was supposed to deliver. I contacted Brickhouse to try to rectify the issue, and after 35 minutes on the phone, eventually with a supervisor, the customer service was anything but. They refused to refund my paid shipping fee for a service they could not provide, then eventually stated they would refund it and downgrade me to 5 to 7 day delivery...these guys didn't even have the skill to troubleshoot what the real issues were. They were dismissive and unwilling to help with an issue. At this point I cancelled my entire order. They would get 0 stars if were possible. Don't buy from these guys...if their service reflects their product the product would be a paperweight"

"From the moment he answered the phone, he was willing and eager to help me resolve my issue. He had a very pleasant, caring and concerning tone in his voice. I explained to him my issue with my lost GPS trackers and he wasted no time in helping me resolve it. He said he understood my divorce situation and sympathized with me, which I thought was very nice. I explained to him that I was going through the divorce after 18 years of abuse and being cheated on and that I was using the GPS Trackers to help my attorney in filing accusations that we were using. He told me he was sorry to hear my story and that he wished me the best with the outcome.
I used your service a few years and then again the past year and no one has ever been as nice and helpful as Bien was. He took time to hear my story and problems and immediately made sure they were resolved with the best customer service provided.
If you had more representatives with his attitude, I'm sure you would have very happy customers. I wish that if I have to call your company again that I will be fortunate enough to get him and I'm sure all your customers that he speaks with would say the same.
