"I initially ordered a product which did not work as I anticipated. I asked for an exchange. Customer service rep was great in that they offered another product. She said it would be what I wanted. it worked just like the first item which would not work for my application. Fortunately they allowed me to return this item. In spite of this disappointing experience, due to their continuing willingness to satisfy this customer, I ordered 3 different items. 2 that I received work better than I had hoped. I am very, very happy with these products and with the service I received. The third item, however was out of stock. and am still waiting for that."
"First time user of your services. I am using the Eon 2.0 car tracker. The set up was very easy even for a nontech person like myself. Once I fully charged the device, I was able to use immediately. No wait time at all. I secured the device on the auto I want to track with it's magnetic back, but also used industrial strength Velcro to make sure it didn't come off if the car hit a bump or rough RR tracks as it just didn't seem real secure to me. It's very important that the device is never spotted. I tested the vehicle with a drive and found the GPS works very well. The breadcrumb feature is quite useful on the web based site. However I thought the app (I use iPhone 6S) was slow to update and not that great. Many times I could not get the map to load.
Customer service helped me set up a geofence. That worked well and I got a notification by email, but not by text. Another call to customer service quickly resolved that. This weekend will be the big test as the device will be put into real service, but so far I have been MORE than pleased with the product and their customer service."

"I ordered this unit almost a month ago and it has been the most unreliable piece of garbage i have ever used!
It does not work as claimed most of the time it does not log the vehicles start and stops, I have been in the car the some days and it logged 1 of 5 stops made, sometimes it just loses the car in the middle of traffic saying the device can not be located. also will so the start but not the rout driven just a line connecting it to where it stopped going over buildings and streets. The start and stop history is a joke and does not work at all most times and the full history doesn't show most stops, The time is some other time zone and not accurate at all. Still waiting to hear from customer service but just tried to cancel the subscription before I get automatically charged for another month but low and behold the e-mail address i got from the web site couldn't be found so my email was not delivered. so in short between purchasing the device and the month subscription im out over $100 with nothing to show for it but a worthless tracking device that doesn't work.
Buyer beware when purchasing anything from this company! "
