"I bought a WiFi hidden camera not even 2 years ago. When I upgraded my phone, the device no longer works. People usually upgrade their phone every 1 to 2 years. Well, now I have a $400 paper weight. The camera no longer works. It apparently doesn't come with a reset function either. Brickhouse offered me an insulting discount on a new product. Never going back to them! "

"I spoke with Shaneek during my first call when I was only looking for information. She was able to answer all of my questions, and gave me her direct line to call back if and when I was ready to order. No pressure to purchase right away. When I did call back to place my order, she was able to give me an additional 10% off on top of the sale price!

Not honest

"I purchased a spark Nano 5 with a two-day delivery period I was told I would receive the authentication information before the device reached me. The device should have been up and working the day I received it. It did not. Call after call after call there were dishonest with me about resolving the matter more than five times. Today I call to get an update on replacement. Once again they have been dishonest. I should have received an email with authentication information before shipping period that has not happened either. I've had reasonable experiences with other companies online. BrickHouse Security is dependent on Verizon and they have no means to escalate problems with the Verizon network when their devices fail other than simply sending them emails or messaging. That's according to the managers I have spoken to. If you need a device right away I would recommend you look elsewhere."

Garbage

"Customer support was aweful. I've been trying to activate a Trackport 2.0 for over 2 months which requires an extraordinary amount of time spent with your device in your car driving around to finally come to the conclusion that it's not compatible with my 2006 or 2011 vehicle. They were willing to do nothing unless I committed first to signing up for a 6 month contract for a different device. No way. Waste of $100 and Car Toys is a sham"

Caregiver arrested/convicted of a felony.

"My mother, 92 with dementia, kept signaling to me that one of her caregivers was "crazy". (Circling her head and pointing to the caregiver). I had a gut feeling that mom was trying to tell me something, as any reaction to any caregiver was very unusual. I got the hidden air purifyer camera and set it up. The very first night, the camera, set on motion activation, caught this caregiver yelling, shaking, hitting my mother repeatedly on the legs, arms and head! It was very hard to watch, but thanks to the camera, there was no denying it. The DA really took over and went after her. She was convicted of a felony. I told this story to Adam, and was asked to present it as a review. The camera filmed the caregivers, and then I would take the chip home and watch on my computer in privacy. It worked great.....thanks so much! Unfortunately my mother's house burned to the ground, ( by a caregiver)!!...so now I am ordering another one."
