"The person that took the call went above and beyond his duty to get us operational. I am very upset that our alarm would go out and there was not a call made to let us know. When we needed a tech we were told they don't work on Sundays. Not the right answer when you are dealing with Multi million dollar companies. We had another power issue previously and it was like pulling teeth to get a tech to come out. I really want to go with another company however the buyout on my contract is too much."
