"After over a week of ordering samples, the tracking number I was given stated not yet shipped for 4 days. I call customer service and they tell me they don't know why they didn't ship. So they offered to overnight the samples. 3 days later, still no samples. They company tells me they have no info on anyone telling me they would be reshipped. They offered to reorder again and I informed them if would be too late for our house build since the product takes at least 2 weeks for delivery. The rep didn't seem real bothered about losing my business. After reading other reveiws on other sites for BuildDirect, I can say I'm thankful I didn't order everything through them. "

We received free samples which aided in our wood choice. Our customer rep (Lindsay), was very helpful in placing our order. The deliver of the shipment was very organized. We did have a few of our boxes that were damaged during delivery. I contacted Lindsay right away and we were issued replacements. My only point of dissatisfaction was the time it took for the replacements to get delivered. Overall, we're pleased with the product and service that BuildDirect provided and would recommend them to others.
