"They had the part I needed in stock, and it arrived shortly after I ordered it in perfect condition. We were able to install it onto my car easily with no problems. Everything went smoothly, and now everything works perfectly!"

"I had to keep calling in to try and get a shipping tracking number that they never produced. Said the part was in stock and that they had to get in touch with the manufacture but never called me back, I did get an email saying sorry shipment will be postponed, but on the date they said it should be shipped out again, it did not, no call no response no tracking number, after calling once again, I had to end up canceling the order since there was no part ever being shipped no tracking and they could not contact the manufacture. THEN, they said we will REQUEST to CANCEL (not actually canceling) that will take a few days to process, and then another 5 days to refund!!! it has wasted more than 2 weeks of my build and I had to go elsewhere to get the part. very, very ,very bad service. I will NOT be using this site ever again."

The result was a total price far higher (double) than what I was expecting. After I noted the website's price, he mentioned he included both sides and corrected the invoice."
