"I ordered a part for my truck, after I submitted the order I realized that the shipping address was wrong. Tried to change it but the system says it would take 1 to 2 days. I talked with someone from there but they were no help either. I ended up contacting UPS and they were able to help me by holding the package at the warehouse so I could pick it up. Not sure why CARiD couldn’t contact UPS and charge the delivery address or why it couldn’t be charged in the system before the package was shipped. "

"Part arrived with a broken sensor. Reported it and was told they will get back to us, sent pictures of part, packaging and labels. Still haven't heard back. Packaging was very minimal and looked like possibly was returned before because box was not damaged outside, inside had indents and tape over it was loose. They are trying to claim FedEx handling was problem. "
