Inaccurate availability

"Ordered led headlights, said they were in stock, processed payment then check a week later to see where there at and coincidentally now there out of stock. Called and all I get is we'll check with the manufacturer for availability.This is the 3rd time it's happened. This use to be be a good place for parts but those days are long gone."

Wrong part and excessive time for return.

"Sent wrong part for car and it was late. Had to wait 3-5 days to see if they would let me return it and then another 10-15 days to get refunded. Still don’t have refund. Found correct part for less and got it in a day. "

Felt like bait and switch

"Very disappointed with how everything went down. While I was purchasing the part, the website clearly stated that if the part was ordered with in the next 7 hours, the part will be delivered the next day. Which is why I took a day off to wait for the part so I can take the car to my mechanic and have it fixed and go back to work the next day. Of course, once the parts were ordered it took two additional days to arrive and now I had to reschedule everything. Lost money at work that day and had to pay for transportation. Felt like a complete bait and switch with the whole shipping part. Customer service, while following their scripts, we're trying to help but offering me a $15 gift card when I lost a whole day of work doesn't really cover it. On top of that, when the parts arrived one of the two was the wrong part. It was larger than what the original part is and now it's been 4 days since I started the return process and still no reply. Thankfully the correct part they sent was the part that I absolutely needed replaced immediately so I can at least drive for a couple of more days and now I had to go and buy the other part at another place to have it replaced. Overall not happy at all how everything went and I'm still waiting on their reply about the return and I have a feeling it's going to get even more complicated now. "

Terrible, will never use their service again

"Ordered something from them online, said that it was available. And it took me almost a week to find out by calling them that it wasn't going to be shipped for another 2 to 3 months so I canceled my order and will never be using them again."

Very unprofessional. Don’t order.

"Do not order from here. They are very unprofessional and will not ship out your items on time. Then when you call them they keep giving you the run around and say 24-48 hours they will call you and give you an update, it’s a lie don’t fall for it "
