fender flares

"ordered fender flares for a 2007 chevy pickup. held them up to my truck and didn't like the way they were fitting. there was no tape on the back side to hold them tight against the body of the truck. carid website says they have a no hassle return policy. got into 2 different chats trying to get a return ups label. both of these people wanted to know what the problem was and i told them but that wasn't good enoughthey wanted pictures, the truck vin#, and i don't remember what else. called and spoke with a woman that had an accent that was so bad that i could hardly understand what she was saying. ask to speak with a supervisor and was told that they were all busy. told this lady all i wanted wasto return the flares and receive a refund. she told me that a supervisor would contact me within 24 to 72 hours. but not before telling me that the freight of $39.71 and a #12and some cents restocking fee would be deducted from the refund. well its been 24 hours and no call. so much for the no hassle returns. i'm not going to hold my breath while i wait on a phone call. this will probably not get posted because of lenght and content but i will for sure not buy anything from Carid again."

"I ordered a set of black grille rings for my 2021 grand Cherokee and they messed my order up, got in contact with customer service and they messed the order up again. I’m highly disappointed in their seevice"

Wrong engine shield

"I didn’t receive the right front engine shield for my vehicle, I precisely made sure that the vehicle was an infinity and I received an engine shield for a Nissan. I just didn’t have the time to return it so I made it fit by making more screw holes. "

pros&cons

" Pro. looked all over for o2sensor couldnt find it anywhere else. Con. didnt end up needing it . shipping was kinda slow. Pro. the girl who assisted me with my return request was helpful and very polite and professional. Con. the whole return process takes way to long and return fees are lil chunky . i will shop there in the future,just gonna make sure i need the part first."

Horrible

"Bought a taillight and it did not fit. I called and ask for the correct light or refund and company wanted pictures. I drove to where the car was and took the light back out and sent photos of incorrect fit. The response was need more photos from different angles. Horrible customer service. and will NEVER use again. All they want to reply with is we can send a return label but will charge me a return fee and shipping. "
