"The customer service was courteous and informative. The product was easy to find and a good price. However, still 11 full days since my order was paid for and the item still states processed. Customer service stated “ We are really sorry! Unfortunately there was a delay with processing your order. Please allow us additional 24-48 business hours.”. I paid in full when I placed the order, but had to contact them to find out this issue occurred. I requested expedited shipping since there was an oversight on their end and was told it was not an option available for this item. Although the staff was polite and the website easy to navigate, I feel I should have went directly to the manufacturer and purchased, since the only resolution I can expect is to wait. I will wait the remainder of the 24-48 hours and if the item hasn’t shipped, I will be requesting a refund. "

"I purchased a hood and was severally damaged.i sent it back on the same delivery truck at that same time. A replacement hood has not been prossed or shipped after a week of sending the hood back. There is no comuination between cardi or the manufacturer. I have no idea wats going on. Basically I paid for a hood was too damaged to use I sent it back and I got nothing and I have no money or a hood to show for. Worst customer service ever they won't even replace your product if it is damaged by them"
