"I would recommend this company if you’re having any issues with your cameras or DVR surveillance system. I had gotten a new Router from Verizon which knocked out my ability to monitor my system from remote location. I contacted Verizon Tech Support and they were Useless. I then contacted these gentleman and immediately they remedied my issue considering that my DVR was discontinued and that I am not that computer literate. They were very patient and double checked that my system was working properly. They also let you know that you have up to one year in your original ticket order number.
I must mention, this Company is veteran owned and operated which made the choice easy for me. Additionally, there aren’t that many of any, that offer this service. It was well worth it (and saved me from going bald) pulling my hair out trying to fix it -
