"The online ordering process was easy and efficient. After 10 days with no word about shipping I emailed customer service. A day later I received an email response that it would be two to three more weeks before my ordered item would be in stock and shipped. So far I have not received any word about shipment. In comparison to other online purchases this one is a bust! What a disappointment! My order was small but customer service should be the same for every order. I won't order from Chief again."

"When I placed my order the item said it was in-stock and it would be 8-10 business days to ship. At 10 business days it still had not shipped. I wrote an e-mail asking the status and was advised they were out of stock and when they did come in it would be and additional 48 hours to process. This was all for a pair of search gloves. I had to cancel my order and placed the order with a different company. That order was processed and shipped within 48 hours of original order and I paid a little over $10 less.I will not be doing business with Chief again."
