"I ordered and received a pair of Rocky boots from Chief Supply. The oreder was processed quickly and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The boots did not fit but that is Rocky's sizing not Chief Supply's doing. I returned the boots in hopes of getting the right width size but Rocky doesn't make that boot in extra wide so I had to get a refund. The rep was very helpful in getting that process started quickly. I would shop there agin without hesitation but wouldn't be able to buy Rocky products due to their lack of providing wide shoe sizes in the Alpha Force line of boots which is unfortunate seeing as the boot seemed like it would otherwise be an awesome new favorite for me."
