"I received my AitTouch F20 full mask on 3/2 and after putting it on, it seemed to be small for my face. I went on the website and started a live chat with LaToya P and she helped me with the process for getting the right mask. When I bought the mask, there was a sale of up to 20% which she extended for my new purchase of the large size mask. Thank you LaToya P for the excellent customer service and going above and beyond to take care of your customer!!!

Promised not true!

"On the website it said If I paid much more that I would receive my needed materials 2 working days. They arrived 5 working days later and I had been without my necessary items all that time including a weekend which added even more days to the matter. I paid all of that extra amount of money for something I needed and it did not come through which made sleeping a VERY difficult extended time. Thanks but no thanks to doing that again!

The materials however were the correct items needed and I am still suing them today. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars.
