" Well, I think the only area that you can improve is the shipping process; I was wonder that was due to date (week before christmas), the process take three or four days since the carrier pick up merchandise in store.
After the carrier picked up items the process was normalized If I am not wrong took 2 to 3 days.
In other words total process took 7 to 8 days. prior purchases that I made to you, took 3 or 4 days. (I am you customer since 2012 and obviously, I compare with prior shipments.
Beside that minor issue; congratulations!!!. you have and excelent entire service and web page!!!!
