"It was fairly easy to order....came quickly.....head set is great.....mask was hard plastic, heavy and could not detach from hose like my old one..... The thing being , that if one has to get up at night....taking the whole head set off is tedious and it takes forever to get it on again in exact fitting.....my old one had two press buttons on the hose attachment which made it easy to just click off , leave head gear with mask on and then click hose back up to mask ,.....very easy set up.
So what I winded up doing , since mask was so heavy and a lot of trouble to take on & off ....if getting up at night....so I just took off new mask attachment and put my old one one it.....and am doing fine with it that way.....although I will still need the soft mask to be replaced soon"

"The mask moves at night and does not do what it is supposed to do; i.e., ensure steady breathing patterns. I wake up with dry mouth because my mouth is not positioned under the mask as it should be. I have started back using my old mask to help ensure that I am breathing throughout the night. I experienced significant hair loss during the time I wore this mask. It should be recalled immediately, because it is putting people's lives in jeopardy."
