"Talked with customer service andordered what I was told was a machine with a trial period but when it arrived i it was not what I understood to be a travel machine. I decided to give it a try anyway. When I called to return it was told I couldn't because there was no trial on that machine. I was told there was nothing I could do. After sending a message to the company about the unfairness of this I was called and offered it too be returned and a discount on the one I was supposed to get in the first place.
