No sleep lost here

"I received an email that the Snugglehose was on sale on CPAP.com. A Snugglehose is a cover designed to cover the CPAP hose. It dresses up the machine a little, and it also keeps the hose those crucial few degrees warmer to prevent condensation from forming in the hose and running into the mask.

I already have one, and wanted to purchase 1 or 2 more so that I could rotate them between machine, drawer and laundry. I ordered 2 from CPAP.com and they arrived quickly.

I have dealt with CPAP.com previously, and they are always helpful when I call and prompt with fulfilling and delivering orders.

Excellent assistance while traveling overseas!

"The day that I arrived in Spain for a 3-week trip, my Z1 conked out. Nobody local could help, so I contacted CPAP.com using chat and got Katherine on the other end. She confirmed that my machine had to be replaced, but went above and beyond by helping sort out how to get a replacement to my next stop in Lisbon and even with an international express shipping charge it was a much appreciated solution to doing without for the rest of my trip!"

Customer Service Team not able to help after the sale.

"I spent 4 hours with your customer service team after the sale, with no positive results. I was passed between your customer service and software engineers and back again. No one could answer or explain the specs as claimed on the equipment. Some answers given to me were untruthful just to give me a perky positive response. (It would have been better to say, "I don't know".) Needless to say, I won't be "giving your customer service a buzz" as stated on your website, and based on my experience, I don't think your equipment is performing as claimed. So here we are, left with another poor customer service event."
