"Explained on the phone I needed a machine that was sensitive as I had auto immune and that I was self paying , not once did they tell me about the resmed cpap for ladies . It was the same price as the regular one so it would have been no issue to purchase it. When I called after it was delivered because I had opened the box they would not let me return it and get the pink ladies one . Terrible customer service. Now I'm stuck with one I don't want ."
