"I purchased a battery for my Accent CPAP machine for delivery within the US, but for a friend to bring to me in Argentrina and I paid with an Argentine Credit Card. When I paid found that a tax was added to the price.
Additionally the plastic covering the plug to my CPAP was of greater diamenter the the female plug.
I solved by whitling down the plastic till it fit."

"I have been fooled! I purchased a CARD TO CLOUD resmed airsense 10 cpap with cpap.com and received a unit with NO connectivity! My doctor pointed out it was not connected showing me a small blue sticker with the no Wifi icon! I was shocked since I specifically ordered the card to cloud type and so does show my invoice! He then explained that because of after pandemic shortage of chips, resmed made a few units without connectivity and obviously cpap.com is getting rid of this unwanted stock by fooling you! When I asked for a replacement I was told that once the box is opened the unit cannot be returned...but you only realise it is not connected when you see the sticker inside the box!!! This is completely dishonest, it is false advertisement ! So customers be careful and prepare to go legal!!!"

"I ordered a travel cpap and battery. The battery was the wrong one for the cpap machine I purchased at the same time. They gave me a hard time about returning it. I was able to return it and received a refund for a fraction of the cost. Lesson learned. I will never do business with this company again. Buyer Beware!"
