"It was just a replacement mask order, with a variation of ordering a large vs medium. I've used the new mask since then, and have pretty much decided to revert. Nothing bad about the new one, just doesn't work as well for me. CPAP.com got it to me quickly, with no surprises. Huzzah!
I wish there was some way to test for fit, comfort, and performance without having to buy a mask. But you really can't check for anything while it's in the bag, and opening it means you're stuck with your decision. So it goes.

"When purchasing a product and many advertising pages appeared that took me away from the original CPAP page.
After several wasted minutes I was even more confused because I had no notice that I had made the purchase.
Later when I checked the email, I realized that I had duplicated the purchase, so I had to start a chat with CPAP to ask them to please cancel one of the orders.
The lady who helped me with the cancellation was very efficient and resolved it immediately."
