"I had the opportunity to purchase a small travel seat. Pat machine. I was very excited about using it. However, I needed to adapt it to my nasal pillow head gear. The representative told me that I could use a simple adapter. And it should all work. However, once I receive the adapter. It never work and when I called back again. They sent yet another hose adapter. And that didn't work either. I spent additional money on these products and could not be refunded even though none of them work for my situation. I wish they could tell me if the travel seahawks compatible with my headgear that I've been using for a long time and not have to have had spent all this money on adaptors and hoses that don't work!"

It turns out that I had subscribed for my order every year, but apparently that is only for us customers. Because I am in Canada. This issue could be easily remedied if it was stated on your website that this subscription only applies to US Customers.
Other than that, the order arrived in about 2 weeks which is good with going through customs. "
