"I was far from home and my APAP machine quit working. I’ve used it every night for many years ( I have sleep apnea ) and I was going to be away for another eight days. I didn’t get any help from the company I have been dealing with for years. I couldn’t even get a loaner from their nearest office to where I was staying. They would only sell me a new one. CPAP.com came through for me with a new and better machine for half the price than anyone else would sell it for. They got it to me the next day. By the way, the machine I had been using for the last 3 1/2 years cannot be fixed. It had a two year warranty and Medicare will only pay for a new machine every five years. "

"It was an easy process to order the machine with all the additional items that I needed . Now -- for the first time -- I have a CPAP machine that I actually enjoy using while traveling. If it would not be for the elevation restrictions, I would try to use it all the time. It is NOT noisy. The humidifier attachment seems to work well although I was not in extremely low humidity areas. The size is amazing and it is well worth getting the travel bag that holds more than just the machine and necessary equipment. I recommend it highly."
