I was planning a trip to Germany and wanted the travel size CPAP machine. There was a time crunch, but the staff at CPAP helped me through the challenges and I was able to obtain the machine in time to go to Germany.
The challenges lay on my end of the deal trying to get a signature from my physician. It was necessary to make an appointment and have a face-to-face encounter with my Sleep Dr. I had not seen her in three years - because I had not problems with my CPAP machine and was getting the supplies on schedule. Now I have learned that I need to visit her once a year (according to Medicare guidelines). I have my appointment for 2019 "

"It was easy to order, and the battery arrived quickly. I bought the battery to use my VPAP on the airplane. I fully charged it, and when I used it it said 99% charged. I changed the settings on my VPAP to Airplane Mode, and turned off the humidifier. I used it for about 2 hours 15 minutes. When I turned it off the battery said 82%, so I guess it lasts for a good while. Easy to use as long as you follow the instructions exactly as written."
