"My wife and I just called the C-pap headquarters in TX to find out about new cables/connections for adapting my old battery to my new C-pap machine. We talked to a young lady named Carol and I can't begin to express our delight and gratitude for Carol's help. She asked intelligent questions and got directly to the issue and solved our problem. What a delight !! Please see that she gets a gold star in her file from the Burwell's in Calif."

Rocking Good Experience

"All staff encountered were hugely kind and considerate, and one advocate tracked down my retired physicians prescription, followed through, and got the order shipped out in a crazy quick time. I love the return policy, but I didn't need to use it. I had made the mistake of purchasing from a brick and mortar that didn't offer returns, and the mask didn't fit and I was left with large leaks and a return of the apnea, now the leaks are gone, the mask is great, and I'm planning my next purchase with cpap.com in January before my prescription expires. This is top shelf internet shopping. "

Prescription

"It was hard to get prescription to cpap.com. Other issue is with full power after removing hose to wash. Finally saw small print where it says that’s caused by hose not being on correctly. Other than that I only used it 2 nights but it seemed fine. "

"I did not mean to call the number for CPAP.com. I was surprised at the ease of understanding your net pages and of placing an order. I later found out that CPAP is a whole lot earier than some the others I have tried. I WILL BE USING CPAP as much as I need.
