I love the return policy, but I didn't need to use it. I had made the mistake of purchasing from a brick and mortar that didn't offer returns, and the mask didn't fit and I was left with large leaks and a return of the apnea, now the leaks are gone, the mask is great, and I'm planning my next purchase with cpap.com in January before my prescription expires. This is top shelf internet shopping. "

"It was hard to get prescription to cpap.com. Other issue is with full power after removing hose to wash. Finally saw small print where it says that’s caused by hose not being on correctly. Other than that I only used it 2 nights but it seemed fine. "
