"I bought return insurance because I was trying a new mask (ResMed discontinued my favorite). New mask didn't fit, so I returned it via the return insurance program. In spite of UPS confirming delivery to CPAP.com of the return, CPAP.com didn't issue a refund. I had to call them, and they still claimed not to have received the return. I've been on a long chat session now to try to get them to process the refund. Bottom line, if you return something to CPAP.com under the supposed return insurance, make sure to follow-up! Very annoying experience."
