"Overall the services provided by CPU solutions are great. Customer Service when asking questions about their products and services is easy and fast, even when you message them 12 questions in a row. They will work to quote you alternatives if you are not a fan of the provided PC chassis and their website allows you to completely downgrade swappable components to save money and swap out once the PC has arrived (i.e single stick of ram or low capacity Nvme.)

CPU Solutions packaged the computer for shipping in an outer box, with foam and packing materials encasing the actual pc box inside. They also put formed foam on the inside of the PC to keep the internal parts (i.e the GPU) safe in shipping. The computer was safe and had no apparent visual damage. CPU solutions only took 3 days to assemble, 48 hour test/burn in, and ship the PC out with all my chosen parts in stock.

The internal cable management is A+, I only wish they offered custom cables sleeved but can't complain when you can barely see any cables routed throughout. I would 100% recommend CPU solutions over the likes of Pre-Builts and over-priced custom PC builders. I did request the AIO to be placed at the top of the case but upon arrival I noticed it was on the front due to the thickness of the radiator and how high the MB placement was in my chosen case. Thermals are well below what I expected even with a front radiator pulling air into the case.

Purchasing was easy over the phone after I had my quote when working with Todd. Overall I would say I am highly satisfied that I found CPU Solutions and would highly recommend your next computer be purchased here."
