"So they did a great job building my computer, the ONLY complaint i have, is that they failed to mention that the case did not have intake fans in the front, That could be a serious issue for someone that doesn't know what they are doing. I would say next time let your customers know if the case they chose doesn't include case fans, even if its last minute. That is my ONLY complaint. Great company, great communication, would recommend to anyone. "

"If you are in the market for a custom PC there are just about unlimited options...you can go the Dell route, you can buy from a major manufacturer like Asus, you can buy the parts and build it yourself, or you can choose from a seemingly inexhaustible supply of builders. I had several recommendations, and looked at even more places...It may be odd, but I wanted to be able to see the address of the builder on their website and then that place be a “business” anything less and I might as well buy the parts myself and put the computer together.
CPU Solutions passed that test and more. They do sell several models on Amazon, but I needed not unique requirements, but because I plan to run at least 4-35” 4K Monitors simultaneously. Truthfully, I probably spent as much time deciding which video card to get as I did where to buy the computer. CPU solutions, provided quick, knowledgeable help through chat - not someone at a service that forwards or even worse attempts to answer your question. They said they would ship the PC in 7 to 10 days, and I received the PC on the 10th day. The packaging was unreal. I have shipped and received many computers over my life...nothing had ever been packaged like this PC. Moreover, the extent of the packaging was clearly stated so someone like me who doesn’t generally read directions, knows to take the internal packaging out of the inside of the computer BEFORE you first turn it on. Everything was perfect on boot up, and has been since. While the video card was important, equally important was noise. This computer is so quiet that I am glad the power light is on top of the case because it makes it easy to see. This computer flies, boot up, file transfers, processing - it is almost like an instant cursor no matter what operation you are doing. As an aside, the machine can mine about $15 of cryptocurrency a day...though I only mine while I am not using it, because any performance degradation while trading would be devastating.
If you need a PC, look wherever you want...But make sure you buy from CPU Solutions - you won’t regret it."

"I see some comments indicate email notification confusion, but I found the process professional and easy; although multiple emails may lend to confusion. I called CPU Solutions and placed my order; yes, a person actually answered my call, which is rare these days -- never on hold. Received email confirmations, with feedback links, but other emails provided shipping tracking and ETA of arrival. My computer arrived early and packed with much care! Great unpacking instructions included. The product is exactly what I ordered and runs beautifully.
My only regret is not getting an additional SSD drive for my target drive (video editing).

"After weeks of research I ordered my first gaming PC from CPU Solutions. I could not be more happy about this website and business have been recommending it to everyone currently in the market for buying a PC. Originally wanted to build my own but parts are overpriced these days which is why I went with purchasing a custom build. CPU Solutions was more than amazing. After deciding on a build I researched the best company to purchase a from and there are many out there with mostly mixed reviews and I was weary with comfortably placing the order since I planned on spending a bit more on this is investment. Luck was on my side when I stumbled on cpusolutions. Their website isn’t as flashy as some of the more popular custom build sites but it’s easy to navigate and has a great overview. Also it’s an actual store you can call during business hours and someone will pick up and assist. Communication and customer service before and especially after making this purchase was one of my main concerns. So reached out to one of their consultants. Todd who was very efficient answered all of my questions quickly. He’s amazing and knowledgeable and took care of all my needs. I wasn’t able to customize some options on the website, for example I wanted a different computer case and it didn’t let me switch it out when placing my order but Todd helped me with the adjustment over the phone. He answered all my questions over email and over the phone and is very knowledgeable. Also I almost purchased some extra fans which were not going to fit in my case and he made sure I didn’t waste my money. I could go on and on it was an amazing experience from start to finish. My order was processed on a Monday and I received my computer the following Wednesday. Also was able to snag a RTX 3080 through them without having to wait any additional time. They test the PC for 48 hours before shipping it out. Also there were several price points and options for shipping I chose the cheapest UPS ground option and the computer literally arrived within 2 days of being sent out. It was well packaged and very protected and even though it was plug in and play there were plenty of instructions available which on setting it up which I appreciated after switching from Mac and not having a PC for years. Let me tell you my build is beautiful and I couldn’t be more happy. They also did an amazing job with placing fans for airflow. Benchmark test came back above average on all points. Thank you again CPU Solutions you’re an amazing team and I have at least two friends who will be purchasing from you. "
