"I spent about 5 minutes on the phone ordering my Chaintech 7AJA2E mobo and Duron 800 combo... the prices weren't the best but pretty close, and after reading the rating on here, it was a no-brainer. I ordered at noon on Tuesday, got a Fedex tracking number e-mail at 5pm, and it was on my doorstep at 11am Thursday. Everything was packaged neatly, in an oversized box with plenty of packing material. Everything works just fine... so I'm *very* pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend CPU Solutions to anyone."

"CPU Solutions did a good job setting me up with my new computer. "Bo" at support was great and helped me through some problems that were caused by some software that I loaded on well after purchase. The only complaint that I have is that the case was sold to me as having a front USB port. It does have a port, but it isn't functional. When I asked about it, I was told that it was typical of this case and motherboard combination and it was being worked on. I was told that I would be contacted when they had it figured out. That was about 6 months ago."

"Bought a pre-assembled barebones system. Shipped in 4 days and arrived in 1. WOW! Everything seems to be working fine except the case they provided has horrible airflow. This isn't a mjor fault of theirs, but it would have been nice if they provided additional cooling options that could be pre-installed. As it stands, I have to run my system with the side of the case off."

"Ordered a *cheap* midtower ATX case /w 300W PS from these guys on a Saturday, and with a very resonable shipping charge for a case... the things was on my back porch when I got home from work Wednesday. In perfect condidtion. Three business days... pretty good when you consider they shipped the case for about seven bucks under anyone else, and that the quality of the case itself *killed* cases of competitive pricing on any other site I had seen.I had a couple questions about shipping, and my emails were answered by two different employees, both giving the same information, and giving it a non form letterish, very kind manner. I *will* do business with these people again. Its businesses like this that keep my debit card number typed into spaces on web site far too much. "

"Purchased product online without a hitch. However when I received the parts the motherboard was defective. I called tech support they said the same thing and had me send it in. I overnighted it to them. They called me and told me the board was fine. So they shipped it back to me. I put it all back together and it still didn't work, was getting an electrical whump sound when I powered it on. I'm on the phone with tech support again. They say it's probably a bad power supply and that I should send them the whole order so they can test it all together. They tell me they WON'T be charging me for the assembly fee due to the defective parts. I send them everything at MY expense. After 1 week of not hearing from them I call. They can't find the stuff I sent them. Two days later I get a call that says they found the package, took out all the parts, assembled it and it worked fine. They tell me that I put it together wrong. I'M a systems administrator, I know how to put together a system. They ship it back to me and BILL MY CC $55 for assembly and shipping! When I get the parts its a different case, the same model but a different one. I'm currently fighting with tech support about the charge. They tell me that since NONE of the parts were defective its MY responsiblility to pay for assembly and shipping. Even thought THEY told me to ship it to them and that THEY would assemble it to check all the components! I feel very slighted by this. Bo at tech support basically called me a liar and said that he never said I would get free assembly. I've ordered about a dozen times from these guys without any problems, and have recommended them to several of my friends. But now I'm not sure. The bottom line is they're great if you get working stuff. Another thing Bo said 'well you should have just paid for the Assembly in the first place and we wouldn't have had these problems.'

**Update**
They still refuse to give me back my money. Bo told me on the phone that I would get the assembly and testing for free which I didn't. I guess I should have tape recorded our conversations. In regards to the above about a different case. They shipped it back to me with the same model of case but not the same case. I had removed several of the metal cd covers when I was assembling the case. Well the one they sent back to me didn't have those pieces removed. Thus it was a different case. So the power supply was bad and they won't admit it. Bo basically lied to me and then insulted me. Great Service...NOT!!!

"I didnt recieve an invoice. I ordered my motherboard over the phone and the woman on the other end was really nice and helped me pick the correct motherboard for what I wanted.. I really like the customer service and the speed of the delivery. I had no troubles with this company and I will order again and again and again.

"I purchased most of the parts necessary to build a new 1Ghz AMD system. I had to return the processor and their RMA techs were quick to work with me to determine the problem, then authorized a return and I shipped the processor back and got a replacement in a timely manner.

My office at work has also ordered parts to build systems in bulk and we've been pleased with that service as well.

I would've posted this sooner, but had trouble posting to the old resellerratings site.
