"I had been trying to buy an Archos AV 500 mini DVD player/recorder from several outlets. Even though each of these outlets said they had the item in stock, when it came to ordering it they were out of stock. I finally tried CapLink around 2 p.m. on Friday, 12/23. I told them I needed the item no later than Wednesday morning, 12/28. Of course, I requested overnight express delivery. CapLink performed superbly. By 12:30 p.m. of the next day (Saturday, 12/24) FedEx was knocking on my door with the delivery. Within 24 hours CapLink had managed to get the item from its warehouse in Rhode Island to my front door in Florida. And this was in the midst of the Christmas rush. That is what I call the service."
