"I don't have a major complaint for this store. However, I did find it strange that I received the "Your order has shipped" email with the tracking number 2 days after I received it. In their defense, I did receive the package approximately when expected. I was about ready to inquire what the status was when the package arrived. Perhaps a little better interface between Caplink's shipping department and the email notification system is necessary. Another note...A small Garmin card was packaged in a rather large box filled with paper for protection. However, the product was at the bottom of the box, thus negating the protection value of the packaging."
