I made my order in the wee hours of 3:26am March 1, 2006 and it was at my home March 2nd, 2006. I was again Extreamly happy that I did not pay for shipping and I had my device and using it withen 24 hours. I was able to reach custermer service with CapLink for my tracking info with FedEx, FedEx said it was on the truck and headed my way. Finally, Great Price, Great shipping, Great Product, Happy custumer.I am recommending my friends,to this company and this product.

When logging into "order history" on Caplinks website, there is a link for "order status click for tracking info". After that link is clicked, it displays "Tracking Information Currently Unavailable, Check Back in 24 hours". This has been the displayed message for months now. When clicking on "view invoice" it shows order date of 12/30/05 but the ship date always increments to "todays" date... They did not send me any tracking info and they will not return my calls or e-mails as to where the package is...
AMENDED AFTER CAPLINKS RESPONSE... Funny thing is I have an E-MAIL HISTORY also and I have a phone number from my ORDER. Has Caplink tried to contact me for copies of my e-mails or tried to call me to get the order straightened out?!@? No they haven't! I have copies of all my attempts to correspond with them... No big problem to me anymore, I deal with Bank of America and they don't take FRAUD for there customers... I got my money back and they WILL get their money back from CAPLINK for their Fraudulent ways of business. "Nice prices, but abysmal service. Ordered a product advertised as in stock (toner cartridges). Credit card was charged next day. Ten days later still waiting for product. Called customer service, waited on hold for 10 minutes. Asked service rep why my order had not shipped yet. Got put on hold for another 15 minutes. Then was told the product shipped 3 days after my order. Online order tracking finally shows that the product shipped, but no record of tracking information for more than 24 hours after the system showed it as shipped. Poor communication and pokey service aren't worth the cheaper prices. I won't be back.
I finally received my package on 2/20. After being told by Caplink's customer support that the package shipped on 2/10, I noticed on the shipping label that it shipped on 2/16 (i.e. the day AFTER my call to them). So, they lied to me instead of admitting that they messed up and forgot to ship my order."
