"Five years ago I had Century Hardwood flooring installed in part of my home. This year I wanted to add more of the same product to other areas in my home. It is a prefinished hardwood so I was not sure if the product was still sold and if colors would match. I went back to where I purchased the floor originally, no luck they no longer carry the product. I called Century Hardwood direct and while they were very helpful, the company they connected me with was very flakey. I never got my product. Then I found you! You got me the product, and shipped it to my front door! We just finished with the install, and no one would ever be able to tell old from new. You made the process very easy. You are in Georgia, we are in Colorado, but it was like you were down the street. One of the easiest home improvement purchases I have ever made."

"Back in December 2015, I purchased flooring at American Carpet and was very pleased with the customer service, product and product price. Now in August 2021, I had a flooring project where I wanted to use the same flooring as before, if it was still available. Regina Williams was the salesperson that handled the sale. She found my old file and retrieved the product information. Then, hunted this flooring down and found that it was still available. The price was right and she got the order filled.
You can't find a better group of business people to deal with than those at American Carpet, especially Regina Williams!

"The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I got the right product in the right quantities. I did have trouble with receiving the shipment. It went FedEx and I was told by FedEx it would arrive at a date earlier than originally discussed. I tried to track the shipment but the trail went cold after it got to Annapolis MD. I spent a couple of days sitting around waiting fruitlessly. I finally got in touch with FedEx and the shipment arrived. "
"The service was very good from my first phone call to the sales rep to picking up the product. Loading was professional, although not very fast. There are not many sign telling where to go to pick up product and no one to greet us when we arrived. We walked around for awhile until someone finally showed up."
"Google led me to website but hard to look for designs in more than 12' wide (13'2" that I bought was perfect), so I called the phone number and was given back-door URL, made my decision to purchase a few days later, and things were processed very promptly (including my tax-exempt savings).
Delivery truck found my address, and I helped carry on one end of roll down driveway to house - after observing the vinyl flooring roll bent due to its own weight about 2' down. Due to scheduling, we left the bent, otherwise slightly flattened at that half roll wrapped for several weeks until yesterday we opened and unrolled for it to breathe -- there are some visible kinks that I expect will work their way out - but all could have been avoided with stronger cardboard center roll!"

When I got a verbal quote and agreed to it they supposed to send me an invoice by email but i never got it. Apparently, my email address was not ****.com and that was a problem getting it. I had to call in three weeks later to figure out that no order was placed and give another email address that had ****.com to confirm the order. "

"I had never done business with this company before but found them in a search for Armstrong flooring for our home. My first call was on a Saturday morning and the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was not able to check stock on Saturday but asked that I call back on Monday, which I did and I was given an in hands date that the flooring would be shipped. I placed the order online, which was very easy, watched the shipping video and much to my surprise the shipment arrived 2 weeks early and was shrink wrapped on 2 pallets just as the video showed. In this age of the Covid virus very few companies are able to get and ship inventory in a timely many but this company did everything they said they would. Great Job! "
"The product and pricing I received for the product was excellent. However response time to my inquiry and the interface was much less than before. Slower, more disconnected and at the onset inaccurate needing correction. I suspect they are short staffed as many operations are throughout the country due to Covid and I'm therefore likely to return to do more business here.
My experience over the years, excepting this last transaction, has been a five star experience."
