It is a prefinished hardwood so I was not sure if the product was still sold and if colors would match. I went back to where I purchased the floor originally, no luck they no longer carry the product. I called Century Hardwood direct and while they were very helpful, the company they connected me with was very flakey. I never got my product. Then I found you! You got me the product, and shipped it to my front door! We just finished with the install, and no one would ever be able to tell old from new. You made the process very easy. You are in Georgia, we are in Colorado, but it was like you were down the street. One of the easiest home improvement purchases I have ever made."

Greg made a mistake when placing my order, which delayed my shipment, Greg apologized numerous of times, but I enjoyed working with Greg, I was not even upset. Greg is very down to earth, and likeable, and I hope American Carpets knows they have a great salesperson in him. I did not like the payment payment option available, I would preferred to use Pay Pal and noticed that they did not offer financing options.
Shipping:
The flooring was packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. Upon unboxing, I was did not notice any damages to the planks.
Customer Service:
Moreover, their customer service was top-notch, because of Greg Renz. I have referred American Carpets and provided Greg's extension.
Final Thoughts:
After installing the luxury vinyl plank flooring, I could note be happier with my choice! The planks not only look stunning, but they are also durable and easy to maintain. They’ve significantly elevated the atmosphere of my home.
