I called Century Hardwood direct and while they were very helpful, the company they connected me with was very flakey. I never got my product. Then I found you! You got me the product, and shipped it to my front door! We just finished with the install, and no one would ever be able to tell old from new. You made the process very easy. You are in Georgia, we are in Colorado, but it was like you were down the street. One of the easiest home improvement purchases I have ever made."

"This is the second time I've ordered from American Carpet Wholesalers and both times I've had outstanding service. The first time I ordered from them was to replace tile that had been destroyed in a flooded basement. I wondered about grout color and the customer service representative told me the exact color to order. The project turned out beautifully. Recently (December 2019) I wanted to replace my hardwood floor. I ordered the flooring on a Saturday and had it within the week. Before shipping they called with a question they had with one of the items I ordered. If they would have shipped it as ordered, it would have been the wrong item.
