"I ordered a custom case. When I received the confirmation email, the preview didn't match the preview I got on the website (problem #1). When I emailed to ask which preview is accurate, they told me I was a liar and that the previews are always the same (problem #2). They informed me that they cancelled my order, which I didn't ask them to do (problem #3); they told me my order can't be changed and I had to place a new order. OK, so I placed a new order and had the same problem where the emailed preview did not match the website preview. Again they called me a liar. I gave up and asked them to cancel the order; this time they refused (problem #4). My order finally comes, and the cover turns out alright (turns out the email preview was inaccurate). However, I check my credit card statement and realize they never refunded me for my original order that was cancelled (problem #5). I contact support, and it takes a long time for them to email back and forth with me to explain the problem. There is no phone number to call for support (problem #6). They say they gave me a code that I had to use, so they won't refund me (problem #7). I was not instructed to input a code, just to reorder my case. Now I've paid for 2 cases, I only have 1, and I can't get a refund.
I'm not someone who likes to leave bad reviews, but this might be the worst customer service experience I've ever had."
"The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a case 2 months ago. I never received the case. Impossible to get any kind of an answer for ANYTHING over email or through their "help" section on their website. The only way to get any kind of answer is through Facebook messenger and then that is only excuses and apologies. BUT NO SOLUTION OR ACTION AT ALL. They are obviously a bunch of thieves. There are many more cases just like mine. Check out their Facebook page. Disgusting."
"PLEASE read reviews before using this website. They do not allow refunds, even on items still not created or shipped. I ordered a black and white tablet case on January 1st, seemed simple enough. It is now February 14th, and my order tracker still says "we will let you know when your item leaves our distribution center." No phone number is available to contact, and the e-mail responses are few and far between with no information. One e-mail over 2 weeks ago said "we are confident you will get your item within the next few days." This company is crap."

it was returned to your company because my address number was not on the package just the street. I spoke with someone 3 weeks ago was told it would go out in 1-3 business days and have not received anything yet. Can I just be refunded for the item I am calling my financial institution today and notifying them of this incident. You ruined my grandsons Christmas!"
"My elderly parents ordered their tablet cases a month ago. The products have not even been shipped yet. Every comment on their Facebook page pretty much addresses the same problem. How they have more than a one star rating is beyond me."

"I purchased two tablets that came with vouchers for cases through Caseables. I put in my order for those tablet covers on Christmas night. My daughters FINALLY came mid-Jan, but my husbands has yet to be delivered. If you go to Caseables FB page you will see that there are droves of people unhappy with their service. The excuse is always "We have been busy, please understand." Or "We have had an issue with our shipping partner/dept, but we have cleared up the problem and new orders will not be effected." They try to write you off with cancelling your current order and issuing a new voucher. When you accept something like that, thats just saying their behavior is okay, and you're taking a peace offering. But the fact of the matter is it is NOT okay. It should not take 2 months even for a custom print case to be created, and shipped. I would NOT recommend this company at all."
"QVC and HSN should be ashamed of their partnership with Caseable, I placed an order on January 4th and over a month later, still no case or tracking information but a ton of copied and pasted generic responses via their Facebook page. This company clearly no idea what they’re doing and doesn’t even provide good customer service. "

Our case never arrived (Order number 100000369786) and I understand some customs event occurred, but communication and possible refunds would have been in order.
I just need to know if not arriving so can order different case
