"I ordered a case for my Fire HD10 tablet, using a voucher code that came with the tablet. My experience has not been good.
Their website is slow, ugly, and difficult to navigate. There are a bazillion designs to choose from. But, there is no obvious way to order a plain solid black (or any solid color) case.
I found a simple-ish black and white design that looked okay on the website, and ordered that. A few days later, I get an email that said it shipped. However, whenever I checked the tracking number with UPS, it said that they were waiting to receive the item. I contacted Caseable after a few days, and they assured me the item was picked up by UPS. This went on for weeks. UPS website saying they hadn't received, and Caseable Support saying they had. I finally received the item after 2-3 weeks.
Then, after having the item only a few weeks, the image started wearing off at the edges and corners. This was after only using it for 30 minutes or so per night in bed. I contacted Customer Service with photos of the issue, and received no response. So, after a week went by, I resent the email, and finally received a response a few days later apologizing about me not receiving the item due to customs issues. (???)
I replied reminding them I already received it, so it couldn't be held up in customs, and that I was contacting them about a defective product. They responded asking for photos. (that I already sent!)
So, I send the photos of their crap product's image wearing off, and they tell me all they can do is SELL me another one at a discount.
Screw that. They charge $32 for this crap. Even if it was half-price, I still wouldn't do it. I simply purchased a plain black cover on Amazon for $10. Couldn't be any worse than the one from Caseable. And, I'll get it in two days, and can return/exchange it, if it ends up being defective like Caseable's. "

"This company is a nightmare to deal with. They do not have a costumer service number to call, rather you send an email and they never get back with you. I ordered a case on Dec 30th and I've emailed the company on several occasions inquiring the status of my order. I have yet to receive any information about it. If you look online at other review sites (look at trust pilot) there are negative reviews everywhere! For the life of me I cannot see how they get such a high rating on here. The only time I got any sort of feedback from the company was publicly on an online review (I'm presuming to make themselves look better), but my issue was never resolved. Thre has also been plenty of time to make a case, because I ordered 2 on the same day and have already received the other one weeks ago. This company does not care about its customers or keeping their business. You could not pay me to use this company again. Id think based on all of the negative things I've ready about this company, plus my own personal experience, they will not be a company for much longer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY PEOPLE....ITS A COMPLETE SCAM/RIP-OFF!"
"I ordered 2 cases on January 1st and it is now February 1st and I have not received either of them. I emailed on January 14th about my order and received a confirmation email saying Caseable received my complaint but there still has been no response. 42 days and still waiting on case. First shipment was sent to my city then was returned since the address was not printed fully? I gave the correct address and it made it to my post office so not sure how the street address was not included.
Contacted support several times after the case was returned to them and got very little response, told it would be resent but that was over 2 weeks ago with no further updates from support. Serious lack of staffing for their business needs.

"I've been emailing off and on with "Lucy" since the first week of January. My case was supposed to be delivered the first week of January. I waited and waited...and waited some more. My tracking number said that it was undelivered because of an incorrect address. In my original invoice, all of my information including my mailing address was correct. Upon talking to the worker at the FedEx store, my package was not delivered because of an incorrect address entered by the Caseable Company. They had completely omitted several parts of my address and only entered the street name, state, and zip code. Lucy told me to send her a new address and then she will reship my package with a new tracking number. I was told i would get this new tracking number last Friday (26/1). I never received the email so asked Lucy where it was. I received an email from her a few days later saying "The package was delivered back to us because of an incorrect address". Was the package ever sent or did she just lie? Buy your cases from a different company. "

"I placed my order on 12/26/18 with a voucher i received with my tablet. It is now 1/29/19 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! I cannot get in contact with this company. i have sent six different emails to the support email address listed on the website and still no respond. This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with an online website. They need a customer service line that someone can personally SPEAK TO. I do not recommend ordering from this site. "

"Seriously you're better off going to a store and physically buy one. I emailed customer service multiple times and only until I wrote a not so nice review on another site did they contact me. On 1/21/19 they actually responded and gave me a new order number. It's now 7 days later and I still do not have a tracking number or have received any more responses to my emails to customer service. This is by far the worst company with the most awful customer service. "
