"I've ordered a Fire 7 case with there [Create your own] option. when i put my image in, it showed that it would to big to fit, so I've resized so it would fit. place my order and when it arrived. It Didn't even match what I've ordered correctly. The image is smaller than what I've ordered (and fixed since on there website. the original size wouldn't fit, and after resizing it on there website to the point that it shows it would fit with little bit of the tablet case color showing) The Resolution is terrible (its shows as if a much lower DPI than the image supports and I've made sure that the image dpi is high enough where it would match the same quality when printed as it did on screen 1:1). The image on the case was already peeling about (or shaving off) before I've even took it out of the package it arrived in. On top of that, it has this weird sticky texture all over the image (mostly near where the image is falling apart.
Now the good news in all of this (i guess) is that I've got a coupon for a free case for my Fire tablet. which is a good thing since the price doesn't match the quality of the case I've received."

The picture is clear and it fits perfectly on my phone. The price was much lower than I usually pay for cases and the shipping was free! "After placing an order with an image that I uploaded to customize a case 3 weeks past and I was told my order shipped. 4 weeks later I received an email saying that not only did my order NOT ship, but it was actually canceled because they didn't like the solid-color print that I designed [it was a picture of my family, not a solid color]. I was given a voucher to design and order another, which I have done. After about a month I received a shipping confirmation along with an generic email saying they are "prioritizing my order" even though they are significantly backlogged. It has been a few weeks since then and I have still received nothing. "
