"I designed and ordered a case for my 10" Amazon tablet on December 25th 2017 and it was supposed to only take between 7-10 days to get, it's now January 15th 2018 and I still haven't received anything.......so much for 7-10 day delivery !! I also haven't gotten any response to the emails I sent to them regarding my order and unfortunately they don't have a phone number to call either.
Bottom line.........STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !! Get your case somewhere else !!
1/24/18 UPDATE: After writing my review on 1/15/18 I was emailed by Nicolas B. at Caseable and he explained why I hadn't gotten the case I designed and ordered yet, it would seem that caseable has such and overwhelming response to their offer that they needed to ship some of the orders to their Germany location to be filled and that I should have my case within 5-10 more days.
Long story short the case came today and I couldn't be happier with the design and quality. I just wish that caseable would have put something on their website about the overwhelming response and possible delay beforehand I think it would have saved them a lot of negative reviews if people had just known about the delay a head of time instead of thinking they would be getting their case in 7-10 days. "

"My daughter received a FIRE 7 tablet for Xmas. She also received a "free" caseable case as a thank you. We ordered early January with a 10 business day delivery schedule. As if that's not long enough, we had heard nothing from the caseable team and it's nearing end of January. I finally wrote them this week and 36 hours later, received an email with the tone of "...Your order is still being processed, we have received a large amount of orders and are working as best we can. Thank you for your patience." Are you serious? Like, I'm being *IM*patient?? I can't believe they have the audacity to list "Quick Delivery!" on their website. I reminded them that is is a good idea to communicate with their customers EARLY and OFTEN if there is any delay whatsoever in production, processing or delivery. "Received a voucher to get a case for my tablet that I was given for Christmas. Ordered it 12/26, never got the confirmation email. Finally, on 1/12/18 (!!!) saying my package had 'flown the building' and was on its way to me. Did it fly into outer space?! One month later, and I've still not received it. I've gotten items shipped to me from China quicker than this, and with better communication and service. Judging from the horrendous reviews, this is their M.O. Fat chance they'll stay in business much longer."

"Ordered TWO kindle fires from QVC, and used one of the vouchers to order my son's case (paid for as part of the Kindle bundle). Never got a verification email, and I have contacted twice. Nothing. If not received soon, I will be returning both Kindles to QVC. What horrid customer service. I will be leaving equitable reviews on QVC as well. "

"I purchased a Kindle HD 10 from QVC in early December and a $35 credit to purchase a cover from Caseable was included. I placed my order 12/07/17 and never received a confirmation of my order. After a month i tried calling Caseable and left three messages. No return call. Then on Jan 15th I received a package from Caseable. I was very happy until I opened the package. The cover was for a family in Ct.
I emailed the person telling him that I received his cover and if by chance he received mine. He did so we remailed each other the
covers. When I finally received it, it was for the small Kindle and
not the 10 inch Kindle that I ordered. I tried to go to support.us.caseable.com but it goes straight to their main website.

"Yes, the cases take a long time to receive, but they will arrive. I ordered mine at the end of December and received today. The cases are good quality, especially for being free of charge. I was very skeptical after reading the ratings because over 10 days passed from the shipment notification and no cases. This company needs to state that they’re shipping from Germany which explains the lengthy wait. It also took over a week for them to respond to my tracking request, but they did respond and apologized stating that they were very backed up. Understandable for a company that ships so many free products. Not convenient for a paying customer, but since they were free, I’m okay with getting a great product out of the deal."

"I ordered my Kindles from Hsn came with two gift certificates one for each tablet ordered my cases on December 15th 2017 it is now January 19th 2018 no cases customer service has not responded to my emails except to tell me they will get back to me soon as possible due to high volume of emails I wonder why such a high volume of emails apparently because they did not deliver their products this company she just closed its doors and be put out of business for scamming people out of their money including HSN oh so what seems to be funny to me you have time to make comments on your reviews but did not take the time to answer your emails bad business all the way around if I ever get these cases I'll be lucky but you won't because I will never order from you again"
