"Like many others, I received the kindle fire hd 10 as a Christmas present from QVC. I too got the free case code. I ordered a customized case. It did take a little longer, but like others have said, I always got a prompt response. HOWEVER, it has fallen apart. The magnets that hold it closed came apart right away! I was going to glue them back in but, the part that the magnet goes into broke off!! I now have to order a new case! I guess you really do get what you pay for!!!"
"Ordered a case with a coupon offer that was included with a tablet purchase from QVC back in Nov 2017 and after months and months of back and forth e-mails, this Caseable company continues to make excuses and stall. Some e-mails say they are backlogged, some say product is coming from Germany so be patient, and some actually blatantly lie and say product has just been shipped. I regret not coming here sooner to read the reviews since apparently numerous people have had horrible experiences with this company. Beware of these scammers ... no customer service phone number, just bogus e-mails from them ... will be fighting for a full refund with the help from my credit card company "
"After waiting over 2 months for my product to ship, I received the cases I ordered.
I ordered 13 of them, all of which were supposed to be all black.
They weren't all the same - it was obvious where the paint wasn't applied to the cases, so there are white spots.
The plastic is cheap, and its look & feel reflects that directly.
I want to return these so badly."
"I was one of the many QVC customers who was suppose to get a free fire HD 10 case when I ordered the TSV back in November of 2017. Like many others, it took forever to get my case, at times I doubted it I would ever receive it. Guess what, it's here! I must credit the Caseable Company, when I would email, complain and enquire about my missing case I always received prompt replies. Yes, it took awhile, but it's here and I'm completely happy with the quality and fit of my case. I don't know what caused the delays, but guessing they were overwhelmed with orders causing a huge backlog. My thanks to Patrizio!

"They claim quick delivery. Nonsense. It took over a month and two emails to get the product. As soon as I say it I knew it would not last. Boy was i right. I have had this case for two (2) weeks and it is already coming apart. The finish around the edges and corners is coming off. I handle my stuff with respect and due caution. There were also marks on the case out of the box. Too bad!! This is a great concept but needs a whole lot of improvement."
"Ordered a simple rose gold case without anything on it on Jan 24. Simple enough, right. Arrived today (2/10) with edges worn off as if it is a used case. Not returning it because it was free with the tablet, but won't order anything else from this company especially after reading the reviews. "

It did take about a month to receive my product but I had emailed customer service to ask for an update; I received a prompt reply that they were extremely backlogged from Christmas. After that they kept in communication with me and I received my custom case in great shape in the time frame that was given to me."

My hope was to surprise him early on during his 6 weeks of daily radiation/chemo for brain cancer with a custom designed case that he could carry his new iPad-pro to and from the hospital in. He’s now in week #5 and the case still hasn’t arrived, so I’m ruining the surprise with this post.
I’ve received a lot of canned responses from #caseable, a little feigned compassion, but no case and this morning an official refusal to provide me with a refund for the item that I still have not received.
Caseable items are sold on both #Amazon and #QVC so they have a broad reach into the market. I am cautioning everyone I know who may be tempted to purchase items from Caseable to reconsider and instead find a company that values customer service and honest representation of shipping timelines. I can’t speak to the quality of their products because I have yet to receive my order."

"I have ordered my case the end of november and they sent me the wrong size ok things happen so I contact caseable and no reply so I email them and they email my conversation back to me by the way does not make any sence what so ever. so I have tried to email and call for three months now. I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me my phone is fading in and out so I said can you call me back she yes all while she is having another conversation with someone else and I said can you call me back again she said yes I said ok you need my phone number 3 times finally she said I have your phone number and hangs up on me I tried calling back for 20 minutes and now it just goes to voicemail. my order number is fekvoxx117040xxamkvoo"
"Ordered 2 Amazon Fire 10 tablets through QVC special - and they gave us a code for a free case- ordered right away- just a plain color- because I didn't want to wait- I sent email asking where our cases were- they gave so many excuses- they got busy with christmas order back up- then it was the post office fault, then got another email saying this : We regret to inform you that the single-colour design you ordered does not meet our quality standards- Are you kidding me , they make them, so we cancelled your order- This isn't a place I will be recommending for sure to anyone.. I had to order from someone else and got it right away.. I am surprised that QVC- used them with there special for Christmas time.."
"This has to be by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any online company. I ordered two phone cases on 12/15/2017, today is 02/06/2018 and I still have not received both of them. The company does not have a phone number, they only have an email address. The problem with the email address is they take an average of two weeks to even answer your email. I have emailed this company over six times with no response. Till this day I have only received one case (they send cases separately) even though I ordered them both at the same time. The biggest let down during this process was once I did receive one of the cases, the quality of the picture and product is subpar. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!"
