"If they will offer a free case with purchase then they should stand by their word! My girls where given an amazon tablet for Christmas and like most I have waited weeks after ordering with no insight on the location of my covers! I could have just went elsewhere! Not to mention the price for the covers! I wouldnt have paid $30 out of pocket! The kid designs are not the best options! "
"I purchased the Amazon tablet on QVC. Ordered my Fire HD Tablet Case on December 14th. Received a confirmation. Was told it would take about a week. No emails or case from them. I've emailed again, again and again. I have yet to receive any communication as as of January 17th. I will now follow up through QVC."

"Ordered Fire Tablets from QVC which came with 3 free Caseable vouchers in November 2017. I accidentally forgot to "apply" the free voucher code which caused one to be sent with charges. All this "checking" and delay to simply reply "Attached is your return shipping label. We'll process your return/refund once we receive the item". QVC made a bad call dealing with them. Also, the covers are starting to fade as well. It's only been since December 25th. I hope the company can turn their act around quickly or they'll go out of business. "
"I placed my order on 12/8/17 and have not received my order nor any correspondence in regards to my order. I emailed customer service on 12/31/17 and 1/4/18 and still nothing. "Ordered case for my Amazon fire on 12/28 with delivery expected 1/3/18. 1/8/18 I had not received it. Contacted and they said they sent my order to their German production plant and it would take 5 more days. Today is 1/16 and I still do not have it. Someone from Germany said to give them 5-10 more days. This is RIDICULOUS!

"I ordered two Amazon fire 2017 from qvc. I was to receive a free case for each. Once case did come,a few days after Christmas. This was for my grand daughter. I order the second case for my grandson, her twin brother, and never received the order. My grandson asks every time I see him, where is my case?. "And so many other reviewers have written about this company is a big scam. You can't get a hold of them. You don't get your case. They are complete fraud as far as I'm concerned . I have had to go through the ordering process twice and wait now 6 weeks and still no product. If you got a fire 10 tablet from QVC as I did, call them and tell them your experience. They need to know when this sort of thing happens to their customers. I think they will be very upset when they find so many people calling him about this!"

"Amazon Fire 10 deal from QVC. My experience with Caseable was somewhat better than others. I did receive a cover but the design is already wearing off. It's like they forgot to put a seal over the design after applying to the base."
