"great piece, very stylish, but unfortunately they partner with a delivery service (gigacloud) that delivered the package with holes in the box that the delivery men placed floor first. After they left, I noticed the holes, and unfortunately as I unpacked entirely, I learned that our piece (the Nigel TV stand) had a visible dent in one of the cabinets. Although I love the sleek look, I am disappointed in their shipping process and what I perceive to be an unprofessional and dishonest delivery practice on the part of the delivery company (I believe they saw the holes in the box and intentionally placed this side on the floor, and as the piece is very heavy and over 70" long I couldn't easily 'flip it over' while they were still there to inspect)."

"I ordered a Julian small pouf in pink because it was perfect for our new living room. At first communication on delivery and shipping status from Castlery was good, but then something fell apart. I still haven't received the item or received a tracking number but Castlery support tells me the item has been delivered. I raised a ticket but 48 hours later still haven't heard back.
I hope this can be resolved and I can get the ottoman soon. I was so looking forward to it!

"Customer service was great but they unfortunately failed on delivery. First, my delivery was supposed to come within a week and they pushed it back another 2 weeks. Then, I had ordered the white glove service and they didn’t perform this service so it took us a couple of hours to get the couch put together. The couch was so nice and I specifically wanted it assembled by professionals. This ruined the whole experience. They did refund me immediately for shipping and assembly so I am appreciative of that. And, I do love the couch though thankfully. It’s firm where it should be and soft on the pillows. I’m a person who does not like sinking into my couch so this is perfect. My partner already fell asleep on it the first day we got it. "

"First off.... i received an email that my furniture would be delivered between 12-5. I made arrangements. I receive a phone at 930 am that they attempted delivery and that I need to call to reschedule. So whose fault is that. Luckily the driver was kind enough to turn around and come back to deliver it. But not I see a few dark marks on the sofa and the attachment sticks out. I’m not happy, but I’m not totally ****. Just extremely disappointed. I will NOT shop here again "
"It took about 3 months from the time I ordered to the time I received the couch, but it was worth the wait. Very stylish, fits perfectly in my small rowhome (not too large, not too small), and it's firm and comfortable. Love the light gray color and the material of the fabric, and especially the gold legs. It was also easy to put together. It came in two large pieces/boxes, along with boxes for the legs."
"If you accept that the couch will take about 3 weeks to arrive, it is worth the wait. I had a very specific color in mind, and the velvet teal is that EXACT color. The couch is comfortable, cushions are deep, and the fabric is so so soft. It was also pretty simple to assemble. Could not recommend this couch anymore, I love it so much."

"I fell for this coffee table the moment, I saw it. I loved the glass top, the sculptured triangle base; it was perfect. And it was great upon arrival, but as evidenced by some of the pictures on here, the color appears to vary widely (maybe it's my monitor, maybe people are using filters). All I will say is that the color works in our place, but it darker or colder than some of the pictures. I'd describe it as a medium brown that trends toward the cooler side (i.e., more blue than red). Again, this piece is great, but to the extent you're buying pieces from multiple vendors, you'll want cooler browns."
