"If someone is paying for "white glove service" we expected for them to take the boxes away. We asked, they refused and left rubbish all over our house and outside in our garden - it was a lot of rubbish as we bought quite a bit of furniture. When I called I asked why they didn't bring them and they said that it was for us so we didn't have to pay a 50$ re-boxing fee. I said "that is so nice, we don't plan on returning them" can you please take them as it's going to cost us more to have them removed" We were told no, that isn't possible. I suggested that they take away the furniture for free then, and they continued to tell us there was a 20% restocking fee... even though we were given the boxes to avoid a fee and a free return policy.
We LOVE the furniture and got lounge room and a dining and planned on buying a lot more from here (we wanted to make sure the furniture we did buy was quality as it was the first time shopping there.) It's a shame we wont be buying from here ever again for this house or our other houses simply because we wanted the boxes moves as well.

"I recently purchased a dining table Castlery. The initial table arrived with broken glass (FEDEX's fault) and Castlery wanted me to dispose of it. After insisting they have FEDEX pick it up, Bridget, a wonderful customer service agent was assigned to handle my order and she obtained the FEDEX labels for me to have FEDEX return it to Castlery. Bridget offered me an exchange for my trouble and kept in touch with me every step of the way from making sure FEDEX picked up the damaged table to ordering another table to dealing with the shipping logistics company and checking in to make sure it arrived in time and was in good shape. She was simply amazing! She saved the sale and I'm going to order additional items from Castlery because of her. The quality of the Carrie table was much better than you'd get at Crate and Barrel or Pottery Barn and the style is modern and sleek. It fits perfect into my eat-in kitchen. I can't wait to order more furniture from this company!"

"I purchased a 3-piece teal Alfie for our family room. It's comfortable and pretty, and it seems capable of holding up for a long time, even with kids and dogs around. Delivery was easy and on-time, too.
My only criticism would be related to packaging (and I won't penalize a star for this) but, Castlery, please consider the amount of styrofoam used, and reduce it as much as possible. Also, there were two types of silica packets in the boxes--one type was like a bean bag, and one was more of a paper cloth. One of the paper cloth packets ruptured and made a mess that I'm still cleaning up. It's not the best stuff to have around kids and dogs!"
"The couch was pretty much what I expected, albeit the seat cushions are a little too firm. But the issue came when it arrived and I unpackaged it to find that two of the silica bead packages exploded, sending thousands of tiny, plastic, clear beads throughout my living room and kitchen. It has been three days and I am still stepping on them almost every trip through that room. I spent hours crawling around the room sweeping and picking them up by hand, vacuuming etc.
