"I was reluctant purchasing this bed as there were no reviews but decided to take the chance as the other beds on Castlery have been well reviewed. Well, I haven't even had our Hudson bed for a month and the entire left side of the bed is falling apart. At first I thought it was an assembly issue (we paid the extra money to have the bed professionally assembled via the Castlery website) but after closer examination it appears to be a design/craftsmanship issue. The long metal rod that is supposed to enforce the wooden slats is adhered to a flimsy piece of wood that fell off, because of this we now have a handful of broken wooden slats. Our bed is basically unsleep-able right now as there is no mattress support on the left side of the bed. I have reached out to Castlery and as of now no resolution has been reached. "

"Really love the firmness to my sofa while still being comfy, the modern and sleek design, the texture of the furniture and the fact it's not too low to the ground despite having a minimalistic profile. However, the shipping process was atrocious - there's no way that getting a sofa to one of the 15 largest cities in the U.S. should take 3 months. Especially when it's a short drive from another hub that had a "warehouse leave" time of 7-10 days. Especially, ESPECIALLY because I had another piece of furniture in the order that was delivered within a couple of weeks, showing they can indeed deliver to a major east coast city with no issue. Customer service wasn't helpful either when I asked what was causing the delay. The product is great but not sure if I'm mentally prepared to deal with Castlery again. "
"I moved month 4 of COVID and decided to buy a new couch.
It took 7 weeks to arrive, because COVID. Going 2 months without a couch, while sheltering in place, I do not recommend. However this couch I most definitely do! The color is perfect, the velvet is super soft, the shape is big and comfy while still looking simple and clean. I couldn't be happier. "
